She is currently developing a dark fantasy series grounded in folk witchcraft and an unseen realm shaped by older, darker forces. Her work leans into the mythic and the uncanny, exploring what lies just beyond the edge of the living world and what inhabits each of our souls.
Life, Stress & the Things that Keep Her Sane
When she’s not writing, she’s balancing life as a mum of five girls and a home educator, moving constantly between the demands of her children and the pull of her work, often in the space of a single breath.
She is also a folk witch, with a practice that leans into chaos magic. Her craft and paganism are not separate from her writing, but woven deeply into it. Shaping both the way she sees the world and the stories she tells.
In the quieter moments, she turns to art, working across a range of mediums with a particular love for digital and watercolour. And, like many writers, she reads widely, finding both escape and grounding in the pages of other people’s stories.
